We’re looking for passionate, reliable coaches who believe every kid deserves to be treated like varsity.
To apply, coaches must:
- Create a profile and upload a photo
- Complete a background check and driving record check
- Verify coaching or athletic experience
- Agree to platform standards and waiver requirements
THE VARSITY STANDARD
- Is 18+
- Passes a national background check
- Completes a driving record check (where applicable)
- Has verified athletic or coaching experience
- Agrees to safety, professionalism, and communication standards
- Signs a mutual waiver with families
- Coaches are designated Frosh, JV, or Varsity based on experience—not quality—so families can confidently choose the right level of support.
