We’re looking for passionate, reliable coaches who believe every kid deserves to be treated like varsity.

To apply, coaches must:

  • Create a profile and upload a photo
  • Complete a background check
  • Verify Coaching or Athletic Experience
  • Agree to platform standards and waiver requirements

THE VARSITY STANDARD

  • Is 18+
  • Passes a national background check
  • Completes a driving record check (where applicable)
  • Has verified athletic or coaching experience
  • Agrees to safety, professionalism, and communication standards
  • Signs a mutual waiver with families
  • Coaches are individually insured
